We value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality cleaning and hygiene products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect.
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cleaning products cannot be returned unless the item received is defective or damaged.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used cleaning liquids and chemicals
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
  • Items without original packaging or invoice

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@clinoplus.com
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Product photos/videos
    • Reason for return
  3. Our team will verify the request within 2–5 business days.

If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.


Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.


Replacement Policy

We may offer a replacement instead of refund in the following cases:

  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item delivered

Replacement is subject to stock availability.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For cancellation requests, contact us immediately after placing the order.
